For those who have purchased the distribution with the documentation we are happy to answer simple configuration questions and to help with any server installation issues, just get in contact with us directly.

For more complex configuration questions, and for anyone who has not purchased the distribution with the documentation, support is available directly from us at a rate of £40 per hour, with a minimum charge of £15.

Of course, with our support charge, a full tax invoice for your business records is supplied, to write the charge off against tax as a business expense.
