[BUGFIX] Typo in variable name for tables of short descriptions meant that they were never going to be used.

[BUGFIX] Version 2 miscalculated the surcharge/discount if any discounts were being applied through the use of coupons, gift certificates etc., as the module was calculating the surcharge/discount before the order total reflected the adjustments made by any coupons, gift certificates etc.
