Customer's Order Process Overview
It's a very simple process...
1 When proceeding through the checkout, the customer chooses PayOffline as their payment method.
2 When their order is confirmed a payslip with a barcode on it will be generated for them. They can print off this payslip or make a note of the barcode number.
3 They will then need to visit their nearest PayZone shop to pay by cash or card (e.g. local newsagent or shop).
4 A callback will be sent to the store when they have paid. The order's status should be automatically updated and, if configured to do so, an e-mail will be sent to the store owner and/or customer.
5 The order can then be shipped/completed.
