Upgrading to Version 1.0.2 from Version 1.0.x

Only a few small changes were made in some files so it's just a matter of copying the updated files across from the distribution, over the existing files:

1. Copy the updated file across

   Overwrite the existing files with the updated files from version 1.0.2.
